Dear Rocket Families,

My name is Dr. MeLissia Bond, and I am honored to begin my fifth year as the principal of River Road Middle School, home of the Rockets. Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year. I am excited to see our halls filled with eager learners and smiling faces.

At River Road, strong relationships and proven routines create a safe, engaging environment where teaching and learning thrive. Each year we grow stronger because we know our students well, we set high expectations, and we support every Rocket in meeting them. We will continue our global focus on learning while deepening the connections that help students succeed.
